Tangenziale (Stuart Brightwell) has been spinning vinyl since 1995 when he bought a pair of turntables from a guy who was ‘upgrading’ to CD. :)

Tangenziale appeared on Triple J’s Mix-Up, creating a 3 hour live mix, which was repeated on New Year’s Eve ’97 as part of a ‘best of’ show alongside Josh Wink’s Mix Up set from that year.

Stuart hosted a weekly electronic music radio show (The Genesis Project) on Ballarat’s 3BBB FM, started Kinesthesia Productions organising free bush doof parties, played at numerous other doofs (incl. Imajica, Ganeshatribe) and Kryal Castle parties (Wild Things) along with occasional Melbourne club nights (Earthcore at Seven, Bass Station). He also played regular club nights at Ballarat’s Bridge Mall Inn.

Favoured genres are liquid drum and bass, deep house, classic techno, psychedelic trance, and electronic ambience/chill out.
