Talking Africa is one part of a three-part African development project called "OngeaAfrica" - a KiSwahili term translated as Talk/ing Africa. OngeaAfrica is still under construction and when complete it will use audio (radio), visual (documentary), and Online chat processes as "tools" to enable increased engagement/participation of ordinary Africans, particularly poor, rural, marginalised continental Africans with the continent's development agenda at national, sub-regional, and continental levels.
