I was born in a small farm town called Middleburg in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. I moved to Cape town when I was about to turn 5 years old to attend school. I started my music career early 2004 when we got our first PC at home. Leading up to this moment, I was a dancer and that’s when I first fell in love with soulful tunes. Music that was inspirational to me at the time was music coming from guys like Charles Webster, Jimpster, Atjazz, Glenn Underground, Frankie Feliciano and so many more. I never really intended on being a producer, it all happened by chance. Music production for me was more of a pass time than anything else. This is probably why I have never enrolled into any music institution of any kind. Since the PC at home wasn’t mine, I used to act as the maintenance guy just so that I could spend time on it and when I did I downloaded and installed music production programs.
