The Chilli Shack started off little, offering celebrations and other events from their stall. However, as they continued to obtain appeal and fine-tune their recipes with time, they finally decided to settle in Galway. Anybody can eat at the Chilli Shack as they cater to everyone; meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. They now also have their very own condiments vary including a series of their own-recipe warm sauces, to obtain the Chilli Shack experience at home!
