Did you ever play Theme Hospital (the original)? I remember there was a condition called Bloaty Head, which was solved by popping the bloated head and regrowing a new and different head. That's what your title plus a full listen makes me think of.

Yes I remember Stay up forever well. Went to many a Liberator DJs party in Brixton 414 or the wilds of west Cork back in the late 90's. Messy nights and hazy memories. 😁
