Dived headfirst into a bucket of Techno at the weekend to get my brain in the headspace for Awakenings Easter festival in 2 weeks time. Not sure I'll be able, but will give it my best efforts anyway. First big rave in a long time and I'm not at all festival fit. 😁
This one starts off with all the deep & moody stuff but it does cheer up a bit later with some uplifting energetic vibes also.

crikey where did that week go??? sorry for the late mate, glad I found this though, love the way you do Techno so very tastefully Stuart, sounds quite low slung and a helluva lot more grooves than most of the kids that play techno, also, a bit of pitch-down action here and there??? very cool mate, really smacks that's for sure 👊🏼💥

coming from your last Morning After Mix, I ahd veen fascinated by the solid collection of breaks. This one, stunning mix too, and you couldn't be a better work to get in the rave mood. dived in the flow (bt the way, never the smallest dissonance or perception of the overlaying in transitions), I feel the rave, man, at Shades of Summer - wow - I'm at the exploding peak, and I see people dancing and party lights around me - many gems, here, and I can't avoid to mention this one with Passenger to Mars/(Drunken Kong Remix)/Believe - nice acid touch! - as very special . have fun for me too, I'm envious, I really need a festival, but since I can't come, luckily there is the Exploding Head Syndrome. Great Stuart.
