Chorley, United Kingdom

Started my musical journey with Jean Michel Jarre, Aphex Twin, Autechre, B12, Future Sound of London. Then I found Stu Allen on Key103 and all those early D&B mixtapes from Ratty, Top Buzz, Bukem etc. These days it's NPR, KEXP, Bandcamp & Beatport, Radio 6 when I get chance. You'll find me dad-dancing at Reggae/Dub/Roots gigs occasionally too...
Started mixing and scratching around 1990-1, bought up most of the Action Records (Preston) vinyl every payday! Then I found Aural Imbalance's Different Perspective CD and here I am still searching for those elusive grooves. Kind of went off the beaten track for a decade hunting down DubTechno netlabels and hip-hop beat tapes, now I'm back mixing D&B and loving it!
I still mix on my old Technics 1210s allbeit through Traktor these days, but I still don't know how to use it properly.
