Tom and Will met whilst studying at the University of Bristol, and quickly bonded over their shared love of football. Over the course of 3 years, they played numerous games together and went on many trips to see their beloved Exeter City and Crystal Palace.

Supporting two fairly mediocre teams, and being no Lionel Mess's themselves, what kept them watching and playing was the lighter side of the beautiful game.

Whether it be inane punditry ('That would’ve been a goal had it gone inside the post' - Michael Owen), clichéd motivational remarks ('It's stil nil nil lads'), whacky commentary (search 'Gol De Scholes' on youtube and thank us later) or washed up footballers now plying their trade in various unusual professions, they felt there was a gap in the market for a radio show which highlighted all of this. And so, Still Nil Nil with Tom and Will, was born.
