Steven Stumpf – DJ Bio

Steven grew up playing guitar and drums, later falling in love with house and the balearic spirit in Ibiza. He built a kaleidoscopic vinyl collection (italo, disco, funk, soul, cosmic, house) and played clubs across Belgium and Spain, organising legendary nights like Pingwing and Stardust at the Gent Opera.

After pausing in 2018 to focus on his company and daughters, he rediscovered music through Ecstatic Dance during Covid: barefoot, sober, present — echoing Ibiza’s magic. Alongside yoga, breathwork, meditation and tantra, he found inner alchemy and a new universe of sound.

Now back behind the decks, Steven weaves frequencies into journeys from stillness to ecstasy, chaos to integration. Expect Balkan beats, Armenian bliss, Persian pearls, tribal grooves, cosmic frequencies, mantras, medicine music, deep house and live drums/guitar.

He also hosts spiritual events in Gent: sattva yoga, sound healings, ceremonies and tantric dance.
