If you like Counting comets I suggest you watch Sunshine (2007) by Danny Boyle and listen to its soundtrack.
I'm familiar with Sunshine, I think it's a great a movie.
The soundtrack has a couple of great themes (I believe Underworld was the artist), but for me it doesn't come close to Counting Comets :)
