I am a chiropractor but more importantly...I am a mom to two wondeful boys. Mason and Tyler are the joys in my life. I love to exercise and stay as healthy as possible, mind body and soul. I am a glass half full kind of person and have a "rather burn out than rust out" type of mind-set.
