Spumo is a coined word made from the Italian words “Spuma” meaning “bubbles” and “Fumo” meaning “smoke.” It is a name/word that reflects our concept and wishes for our guests to enjoy delicious “Spuma/bubbles = Sparkling Wine” and “Fumo/smoke = smoked foods.”

Spumo came to life with our wishes to allow for everyone to enjoy excellent and authentic Champagne at affordable prices. Even though there are over hundreds of Champagnes around the world, we usually only have access to the few famous brands that most everyone knows. This means there are so many people who have not had the opportunity to taste and enjoy many unknown but quality Champagnes or Champagnes that only the connoisseur know of.

Spumo is where everyone can try such gems that we have found, at reasonable prices.

Champagne is a “brand” that the French are immensely proud of and is a world standard, but just “bubbles” does not mean “Champagne.” There are many Sparkling Wines produced
