Minsk By, Belarus

Spit it Out is a dark ambient and post-industrial music project born in the post-Soviet shadows of Belarus in 2003. Known for its haunting, immersive atmospheres, the project fuses field recordings of urban decay — crackling power lines, distant engines, echoing voices, and decaying architecture — with layered synth textures, distorted drones, and choral fragments.

More than music, Spit it Out crafts sonic rituals — a bleak yet hypnotic exploration of alienation, psychological collapse, and existential dread. Each release unfolds like a descent into forgotten industrial ruins, echoing with the inner noise of misanthropy, sociopathy, and catatonic stillness.

For fans of Lustmord, Atrium Carceri, Raison d'être, and the darker edge of human experience.
