I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Disease in March 2000,i was given 20%/30% chance of survival,i would like to thank my family,Weston Park,Northern General and Hallamshire hospitals in Sheffield and of course Chesterfield Royal Hospital for all there dedicated care i received and still am receiving.....
