I have betrayed you yet again! Late to the party, but I saw your FB post which lead me hear and I'm glad I finally indulged. Pretty tasty set of quality techno selections and sounds. Nice dark and driving sound with some deeper exploration as well; very nice balance. Enjoyed this set, Jesse! Great work.
Amazing mix! The Nicolas Jaar remix at the onset alone was eye-opening! And it only got darker and darker from there. I mean - Sven Wittekind, Rødhåd, Recondite... What a selection! And you pulled it off flawlessly as well - I tip my hat.

Thank you so much for the big reply! After watching the Rødhåd Boiler Room episode about 40 times, I had to go through all the Dystopian tracks. There were so many to choose from!
I DJ with an Allen & Heath Xone 4D. It's basically a Xone 92 with two Xone 2D controllers built in. It's a fantastic unit, especially because it's a controller built in the old school format... Out of metal and not gimmicky plastic. It's superb for layering tracks, with jog wheels made for nudging tracks into place rather than tricking out with.
I'm listening to another one of your sets right now, funny because it started off with a Recondite track.
Delicious! Love the selection and balance between subtle and outright pumping, driving techno. Missing the option to give it a second fav ;p
