The Totnes Pulse is a magazine dedicated to the town and environs of the beautiful town in Devon. It was created by Mark El-Khadi and Peter Shearn with a view to reflect back the challenges affecting the town and it's citizens whilst providing a comprehensive whats-on and strive to be both informative and entertaining.
