Sonora is a music project focused on electronic sound, community, and real experiences. It started from the need for spaces where music comes first and people are present, not distracted.

The project revolves around minimal house and related electronic styles, with attention to groove, detail, and flow rather than fast moments or obvious peaks. Sonora brings together residents and guests who share the same approach: playing music with intention and respect for the room.

Sonora exists through events, DJ sets, and recorded mixes. Back-to-back sessions, extended sets, and curated lineups are part of the concept, encouraging collaboration instead of competition.

Based in Timișoara, Sonora grows locally while staying open to collaborations and ideas beyond one scene or format.
