beautiful set steve, put me in a trance in my cubicle... just when I was about to pull out my credit card and recite the number 'Tomb' came on to bring some light back into my headspace for the 2nd half of the journey... hope this isn't your final mix

Cheers Trev! Very much appreciated mate :-) Not my final mix, tho I think MC performance may kill us all before we hang up the headphones, just going to be the last of this 3 part series, kind of screwed myself when I went with "Further Introspection" for the 2nd one, not many more words that go with introspection after that :->> Note to self: use numbers or dates!!!!

Carmont

Hahaha awesome..i mighta said this before but mark broom (edit select etc) connect with u yet? If not he needs to hear ur shit mate

Carmont

My mistake..for some reason i thought edit select was mark broom...anyways...

Solace

Mark Broom released on and was remixed by Edit Select mate, so maybe that's where the confusion came from! :-) Tony Scott I think is Edit Select. But no, neither of them has called me!! :->>

Carmont

They dont k ow what their missing mark and tony...couple of daft c*nts 😉😁

Hi Steve mate, had a listen to this during an early work start on a Monday morning. Perfect listen as the sun starts to come in through the office windows. What a brooding beast this is mate! So atmospheric and gripping. 'Tracking' served as a perfect choice to start it off and let the listeners know of the deep ambient sounds that were to come. The hypnotic tag immediately became appropriate when 'II' dropped in, what a class track! 'Bubblebad' gave a nice little lift coming to the halfway point with that snappy beat and 'Tomb' that came after was all sorts of echoey deep loveliness! 'Path of the Monk' was something else and much like 'Tracking' was the perfect intro, 'Turbulences' was a superb choice to finish out the mix and indeed the series. It was an absolutely amazing Steve, one of the best I have heard on Mixcloud mate. Big round of applause and look forward to hearing what you cook up next. Thanks as always for sharing, class act!

Hola Shane-O, a braver man than me kicking off a day with this!! :-> Delighted to hear you enjoyed it tho, and some class pick outs there mate, that closer is a bit special isn't it, was originally placed earlier in the mix but then decided on closer at the last minute, which made for one of those enjoyable order re-jigs!!! All the best mate, and chat to you soon!

Cheers mate, your ears as always much appreciated, all the best to you!

attila

yes, yes, yes, big rounded kicks (few snares), no vocals, fatass basslines, atmospheric textures of synths to fly with on your mind on the pulsing rhythm. Comletely seamless mixing - this hour goes in a blink- Hydrangea is always amazing, this closing is true food for your mind and
rarely has a title - Turbulences - been so right. The most intelligent side of techno is here. Have a nice weekend pal!

Damn, "fatass basslines" I should have used that as my tag!! ;->> Thanks so much Attila, really appreciated my friend. Yeah she really hasn't released anything that hasn't had that wow factor, incredible producer! Hope you had a good one, all the best!

What can I say on these that hasn’t been said before Steve pal!!! Mr consistency delivers again with another set of immensely deep and moody ambient techno. I highly recommend getting a bit stoned when listening also, as it had me in the fucking zone and hanging on every floating synth line or bone crushing bassline. I’ll be back for round 2 to get some track names on this for sure. There was a track around the 30min mark that had me engrossed, and the follow on was a beauty too. Always in awe of your output Steve. Keep them coming pal 👏🏻👏🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cheers pal, as ever very much appreciated! Definitely went down the deep & moody route, not how I started selecting for it in truth, though I ended up including a lot of influential tracks for me personally, so fuck it :-> Sounds like a great way to enjoy a listen Stuart, consider me jealous! 'Levitare' by Doctrina Natura comes in right around the 30 minute mark, killer sound. All the best to you, and chat soon!
