ADHOC

The Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association - shortly called ADHOC- is the Cambodia's oldest human rights organization since 1991. The organization was founded by a group of political prisoners who fight against human rights abuses in the country. Recently, the organization has its own offices across the country.
