Hi Deb, hope you are having agreat weekend. Finally getting around to listening to this after hearing from others how good it is...I can confirm, it is 110% brilliant. Built it up beautifully into a real uplifting summery vibe and then absolutely killed it with emotive breaks. I think we spoke about 'Raincry' before and how it is one of my all time favourites too - think you used the original in set before??? Apologies if I am mixing that up - memory isnt what it used to be!! Really enjoyed this mate, its a bank holiday weekend over here and I was getting some work finished off to free up the rest of it with this blasting in the office - had Stuart and Daryll's mixes before, what a way to get into weekend mode. Top class Deb, thanks for sharing!
Hi Shane, yes I've used the original version of Raincry in a mix...tbh I don't remember which...I was telling someone the other day I need to create a spreadsheet of tracks I use in sets cuz I've done so many now I can't remember... if I used a track or just wanted to but ended up yanking it out of a mix loool... thanks very much for listening, we both have a love of emotive breaks I think...saw your new set for Ben's Secret Sun Society...will be round this weekend to give that a listen...looking forward to it. I actually got it cuz of the track title (aside from the fact itβs a dope tune lol)... βNeptuneβ... figuring Iβd use it in a Zodiac Signs mix... probably Pisces as Neptune rules Pisces ... but it got here perfectly so I was like wtf lol?!? π¬ The God Within tune another dope track, not one that can fit just anywhere in a mix... too powerful?! ... but I felt it worked well here... really stoked you liked this one so much... really grateful for your time and support my friend ... eskerrik asko πππ
