Born Vernon Bourne in Santa Cruz, Jamaica. Grew up listening to Reggae music with the captivating sounds of Bob Marley and the Wailers, The Paragons/ John Holt ,Alton Ellis , Dennis Brown, Ken Booth, Ziggy Marley and Sizzla.
He recorded his first song in 2004 on the Outta Town Record label entitled "Times Hard" . In association with co-producer Dudley (bassey)Eulitt, Dean Fraser, Bongo Herman and Delroy (phatter)Pottinger his first album "My Mission" was produced..see CDBaby.com.

Singing Vernon has shared the same stage with the likes of Sean Paul,Bunny Wailer,Sizzla, Shaggy,Beenie Man, Luciano, Yasus Afari , Jah Mason, Fanton Mojah ,Ninja Man and many more, he has also done countless interviews both local and on international radio stations.
Singing Vernon has toured the west coast of USA starting from Elpaso to Washington and parts of the East coast and south coast .
