I'm a lover of old school 1990s and early 2000s uplifting house/trance, such as used to be played by the likes of Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold and others on the Essential Mix, and seems to be played now, by John De La Mora.
I like a smooth, constant beat, with a good tune, and interesting samples. I don't like some annoying man shouting over the top of tuneless music. Reading poetry interspaced by someone shouting the word 'yeah' doesn't cut it either.
