As a certified Prana Flow Yoga instructor and assistant I honor the practice of Living Yoga in all that I am. As a world citizen my purpose is to serve wherever I am and honor the lessons in the experiences. I coordinate and lead retreats throughout Jamaica that support eco-conscious centers and locally inspired excursions.
