I first started listening to the strange and exotic sounds of shortwave radio in the late 1970s. In those days the bands full of stations from countries across the world broadcasting their international services. I recorded many of these stations onto cassette tape and have now put together some selections of stations - many long gone from the airwaves. Keep checking as new files will be uploaded when I get time.
