I live in Edinburgh, Scotland's capital, descended from a family connected to the sea, mining and farming. I grew up in the cultural mix of Edinburgh city, East Lothian's fishing community and the Scottish Highlands. Through tourism management, study, music and teaching English abroad, I have lived in Ireland, USA, Canada, Italy & France. A musician and photographer, I enjoy playing the fiddle and singing. In my work I deliver projects through SMC Creative Solutions. Contracted by clients (in Scotland & abroad) I deliver projects in business and the arts eg: event management, business development, PR, marketing & communications.
