It is absolutely foreign to you as a human being. You know the word love, and you have given that word various definitions. But you cannot know the reality of love in natural life. You cannot understand it, walk in it, live in it with any of the faculties or capacities of your natural birth. It is foreign to you, contrary to you, dead to you, until two things happen. First, you must be given the life where love is a reality. This is the miracle of new birth. And second, you must grow to know that life where love is the reality. This is the revealing of Christ"
