While most people are eager to escape their home towns, Shane Lowney is the exception to the rule. Born in Tampa, Florida in 1980, Shane left his home for a brief period while attending college at the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). As soon as he graduated he returned with his college sweetheart where the two were married and still reside today.
