Currently I am Knowledge & Partnerships Manager in the Integration of Students in the Industry Program at Ta'asiyeda. I am responsible for managing partnerships with the Ministry of Education and industry organizations.

previously, I am the Head of Student Affairs at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT), one of the leading academic institution in Israel serving 4,200 college students.

In addition, I am the co-founder of "Magshima", a social business for the advancement of women on the subject of education, motherhood and career. We conduct workshops and lectures in order to promote women and assist them in realizing their abilities and aspirations.

I initiated and taught an academic course on Gender Equality and Social Change In the coming semester I will teach a course on social stratification and inequality that deals with diverse discriminated populations. The course includes empowering students to bring changes to the community.

This program will deal with "good deeds".
