Formed in early 2014, Shaedes is the musical brainchild of Edmonton-based producers Gavin Delainey and Michael Mannerow. Brought together by their mutual affinity for bass driven music, the Alberta duo made their mark on the local scene with their debut EP “The Middle”. Released on Edmonton’s Night Vision label, ‘The Middle” draws influence from both west coast bass culture and the UK’s ever-present garage scene. With a second EP on the horizon, as well as a dazzling remix of NVS’s ‘Breathe’ already out on JG records, 2015 looks to be a breakout year for this duo.
