Hi, I'm Sayrah. I am an accredited 5Rhythms dance teacher based in New Jersey in the United States.
I started dancing at the turn of the millennium when I was in my early 20's, dealing with all of the struggles that come with early adulthood.
Body based practices; specifically, yoga, mindfulness meditation and 5Rhythms dance became necessary tools for my mental, physical and spiritual health well being, and I have dedicated my life’s work to offering these practices to you as essential tools to help you feel more grounded, resourced and ultimately more YOU!
