Selwyn Bartlett started out as a DJ at the age of 5 years old playing records at family get-togethers. He started Crest Mobile Disco along with high school friends in 1978.
He started playing in clubs in 1981 and soon became one of the top Club DJ's in Cape Town.
After 15 years of perseverance, Selwyn got a slot on P4 Radio Cape Town in 1997 & was part of the management team when the station transitioned to Heart FM in 2006.
He also had various shows on Good Hope FM, Cape Talk 567 and P-Fore Online and remains a popular legend and highly respected musicologist.
