Selena aka M.CAP is a Chinese-Kiwi selector, multidisciplinary artist, graphic designer, hailing from Aotearoa with a deep rooted passion for the nz underground scene. Her multi-genre selection ranges from groovy four to the floor to classic jungle and breakbeat - wherever the sound extends, groove is a must. As the Founder of NineOhNine - a community building platform that runs girls and femmes only dj workshops - Selena’s mission is to see more poc wahine djs at the frontier of the electronic music scene and to create a platform to educate and connect a community through a shared love for the sound.
