Selecter... from Venice aka Davor Vučetić is known on the regional scene of the eighties as the bassist of the heavy metal group Dr Steel, with which he won at the Zajecar Guitar Festival's demo competition in 1986 and also released two records. Davor has been participating in the creation of funk, lounge, and nu-jazz sound in the northern Adriatic region for many years. He began his career as a music selector in 1992, hosting the show "DJ Collection" on Radio Vita (Treviso, Italy) for two years. In early 2000, with several local and international DJs, musicians, and music producers, he founded the collective "North Coast Vibes" with which he also released two records. In Belgrade, he performed at the Supernatural Festival and as a warm-up at a concert by Amy Winehouse and Moby, and at many city clubs as well. For the last four years, he has been collaborating with Valternativa Radio as resident DJ and has his own show ''Selected... Collection''.
