Selami was born on the sun-drenched hills of Turkey in 1974. In his early teens music began to play a larger and larger part in his life and blossomed completely in the early 1990's when electronic dance music grabbed hold of him and refused to let go. By the time of his university schooling he was thriving on artists such as Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, and the epic trance master BT. Combining tastes of deep, funky, and emotional house woven together with elements of trance music is what brings him musical happiness.
