It’s Sebastian Kremer, a Neukölln native – as there are not many in the Berlin techno scene. Above all art galleries, cultural activities and bars are dominating these days in this trendy district. But Neukölln isn’t only about that: cheap rents attracting more and more electronic musicians and clubs to there, as it’s seen like a place for creativity and a melting pot for techno.
