seafoam.ltd is the dance music project of NYC-born, Raleigh-based Dominican-American music producer and guitarist Moises Lorenzo. Through this persona, a corporate caricature is layered over the art; but make no mistake; the music and his DJing style tell a very different story. Rooted in the groovier, more soulful, and deeper side of house, his productions are marked by intricate detail and a natural command of melody and harmony. Drawing from Neo-Soul, R&B, and Latin music, his sound is shaped by a wide range of influences, including Sade, D’Angelo, Prince, Alan Braxe, DJ Deep, Satoshi Tomiie, Gesaffelstein, Ron Trent, Hector Lavoe and Juan Luis Guerra.
