INSTI has been DJing 20 years and is based in Brighton UK. His love of DJ'ing came from the early Hip Hop scene, from pioneers such as Kool Herc and Grandmaster Flash.

After exposure to the rave scene in the late 80s and early 90s, INSTI found his niche within Jungle and Drum n Bass, although he can play across the board within dance music.

INSTI quickly progressed to playing larger events and pirate radio, playing such venues as Home, Ministry of Sound, The Scala, The Rhythm Factory, Volks and Concorde at nights such as London Zu, Uncertified, Synthesis and Originate plus more

INSTI now focus' on the liquid and atmospheric side of dnb/jungle playing labels such as Good Looking Records, Jazzsticks, Liquid Drops, Phuzion, Creative Source and Soul R.
