Portland artist Scott Loway (aka "Loway") started his music career when he began playing regularly for now internationally acclaimed San Francisco promotion group Spundae in 1994, and co-founded a successful SF weekly event called “Wish”. He played over 200 different clubs and raves in around west coast, New York, and Hawaii in the mid ‘90s - early '00s, and over time he honed his skills while playing alongside such DJs as the Hardkiss brothers, Adam Freeland, Hybrid, Pete Lazonby, Frankie Bones, Scott Henry, Terry Mullan, Doran...

One of his early productions, "2 Bags of Grass" has been played by Sasha to open his sets in Romania, San Francisco and Live at Galaxy Mixmasters. Sasha also selected “2 Bags of Grass” to open his highly anticipated set on the main stage of DanceValley 2002 Netherlands in front of 90,000 people! "2 Bags of Grass" was signed by Dorigen Music and released globally in 2003, followed by several releases on Omnis Recordings.
