Scott's DJ career spun off in the early 90's when house music was creeping into the local hip-hop scene and his music tastes were being broadened with electronic music, techno and drum & bass.

In 1998 Scott turned professional after years of playing at underground events. He headed to China in 2000 to make an impact on its house scene. Scott was offered a residency and promotions manager position at Shanghai’s renowned DKD Bar. Here he had the opportunity to support legendary DJs such as Paul Oakenfold (UK), Claude Young (US) and Frank Muller (GER).

“I play by reading the crowd, mixing in the right sound at the right time and measure my success by the atmosphere created and people going away happy. Often I’m asked who is my ideal dance audience – as far as I’m concerned it’s anyone with an open mind, which appreciates good music from whatever genre and has a bootie to shake. When I’m not playing I’m a clubber as it’s on the dance floor that any DJ gets their inspiration.”
