all mixes are sourced from my personal vinyl collection. numark TT1625 decks into numark DM950 mixer. Through kenwood amplifier then M-audio PCI card to cool edit pro. i do not do any digital editing besides trimming the front/back - this is live.

my mixes do not contain any semblance of 'turntablism' or anything fancy, i only strive to produce a continuous stream of music like a radio station - without a DJ or commercials. while one deck is live, i am selecting the next record, removing it from its sleeve, cleaning/dusting it, cueing the song and replacing the previous record back in its sleeve/bin. there is usually no planning because as i see it, 3 minutes is plenty of time to do the above, and it keeps you on your toes.

i am not a DJ, just a vinyl collector. you will hear plenty of cracks and pops (but no skips!) as much of my collection was culled from garage sales, thrift stores and flea markets. this is organic music served in its most live, real and organic form.
