The goal of "Sanskar Yogashala in Rishikesh" is to teach our students the holistic approach of yoga and to develop their yoga practice both on and off the mat. Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Science, Anatomy, Pranayama, and Meditation are among the courses that will help one grasp the essence of yoga and gain a deeper understanding of the practice beyond the physical body.
