Owner/operator, managing director, artistic director, bookeeper, tea/coffee maker, runner of errands, teacher of knitting and all knitting related stuff, helper of customers, till operator, taker of telephone calls, unpaid collector of government taxes, general dogsbody, and all this with a smile on my face, sometimes I battle with a desire to laugh hysterically.
