I am an ex con, been in jail most of my adult life, Ive seen the light and the error of my ways but i had fun along the way!! life is for living afterall! Im a qualified gym/circuit training instructor (gained in HMP plus bricklaying, forklift driving etc... hahaha edumicated!) Im fit as f**k!!!I am opening a projcet training kids who have found themselfes on the wrong side of the law and turning there lives around withthe help of x-cons who have been there done it and worn the t-shirt
