The very purpose of spirituality is self-discipline. Rather than criticizing others, we should evaluate and criticize ourselves. Ask yourself, what am I doing about my anger, my attachment, my pride, my jealousy? These are the things we should check in our day to day lives.

Sometimes people are quick to judge others, when what you see
isn't really all there. People have different moods, personalities, desires, so what you're really seeing is only a mask, of what others want you to see. On the inside, we all have the same desires, a kind smile, a warm heart, a tender soul, all wanting to be reached on the inside.

We're all not perfect, only human, we'll have ups and downs
like a merry-go-round, we'll make many mistakes. But just remember, the next time you see a person, do not judge whats on
the outside, we could be having a bad day.
