Today we honor The Mother, and the nurturing spirit that exists inside each and every one of us. Stoked intentionally like a campfire, we find sustenance for our souls in myriad of ways; through divine nature, special treats we bestow upon ourselves, and deep expression in all forms. We yield into acceptance, with full permission to nurture our bodies through movement, encouragement and care. Let us experience the soft nurturing connection and gentle structure of our dance, building and releasing in ways that leave us refreshed and invigorated for our day!
