Born from KrisDJ’s passion for radio and DJing, the show first hit the airwaves around 2015, welcoming a host of guest co-presenters along the way. In 2018, Brian Wilkinson — better known as Brian JW or The Captain — joined Kris for what would become a long-running partnership packed with great music, banter and unforgettable broadcasts.
After years on Drystone Radio, the duo are taking Something For The Weekend into its next chapter, continuing on Rockingham Radio and right here on Mixcloud.
