Dr. Wilberto G. Cortés was born in Puerto Rico, The attractive Island of Enchantment in the Caribbean. Early in his tutorial yrs at Pontifical Catholic College of Puerto Rico, he chose to submit an application for health care college to be a plastic surgeon.

He received a lot of awards and distinctions during college and graduated Magna Cum Laude. As he pursued his dream of turning out to be a plastic surgeon, he was approved at Ponce School of Drugs, a US accredited health care faculty located in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
