After watching Orbital perform at Lollapalooza 97, Mr. EyesLee was hooked on electronic music. His first taste of hardcore was listening to a DJ Gromit mixtape at a party and betting someone he could dance to 200 bpm speedcore. Mr. EyesLee won the bet. He soon started travelling to dance music events around the southeast as well as semiannual trips to NYC. Known for his crazy, energetic dancing in the Atlanta Jungle and Charlotte Trance music scenes, he started channeling that energy into spinning UK hard dance music in the early 2000s, primarily at after hours and underground events.

Moving to Boston, Mr. EyesLee found a new home in the New England drum and bass scene and continued his love of high-energy dancing and mixing records. Parenthood caused an early retirement from his headphones, but recently travelling around to various New England events stoked the dj fire in his heart again. Now he has emerged from a decade long hiatus with a renewed focus on drum and bass and is ready
