I am trained as a baker. Worked in The Full Moon Bakery in Galway, Managed the Rodger Rabitte Bakery and The ABC bakeries also in Galway. I ran and supplied and organic market stall with Bread, Peanut Crunch and Seitan in Galway for 7 years, also supplying local shops and resturants with my wares. Spent a few years doing sign writing. The Joke Box in Galway, hand painted, lasted ten years.
I founded the White Witch trademark in October 2005. I have a City & Guilds qualification in business and a HACCP certification. I also have a certificate for Hynosis and NLP. I have been studying and using herbs for over 25 years and I am currently studying natural perfumery. I am a Moodle administrator and owner of The Natural Perfume Academy and I am also administrator for Dr Clare's Academy.
