Based in South East London, Russ Chimes is an ex-graphic designer turned to the world of music, where he has spent the past 7 years emerging as a newcomer and flourishing into a talented songwriter, re-mixer, live artist, DJ and top of all, music producer.

Stating his intent to combine his aural and visual worlds from the outset, Russ expertly dovetails the melancholy with the uplifting, and shows a rare ability to craft soul-warming hooks and melodies whilst simultaneously taking the roof off in both his sets and productions. It’s music to stir emotions and get people moving.

With work ranging from producing underground club weapons to credible UK Top40 crossover club tracks, from composing film scores to remixing pop stars, and even pop songwriting and production, Russ’s hunger for music and appetite to work across wider creative projects is evident.
